Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Daifallah al-Fayez, said that the Jordanian plane, which has been sent to China is heading to the Kingdom.
With 55 Jordanians, and 16 Arab nationals on board the flight, the plane will arrive in Amman on the dawn of Saturday, February 1, al-Fayez said, adding that the Ministry of Health has put in place preventive and remedial measures to examine arrivals by installing fixed and manual thermal scanners.
Last week, His Majesty King Abdullah has issued directives to dispatch a plane to evacuate Jordanians residing in the coronavirus-hit Chinese city of Wuhan.
