During Roya's "Nabd Al Balad" program, Mohammad Al-Khaldi presented a document that the quarantined people sign to leave hospital and pledge to come back if they have any symptoms of the virus.

Khaldi confirmed that the document was signed by a person, who arrived from Italy and left the Epidemic Diseases Center (Isolation Center) of Al -Bashir Hospital, before the quarantine period of 14 days was over.

The Assistant Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Adnan Ishaq denied that this document is correct and said that no such pledge had been issued by the Ministry.

Ishaq confirmed that the Ministry will investigate the document. 

The document, which has the Ministry's seal, reads:

"I, the undersigned, pledge to stay at home for 14 days when I leave the Isolation Center and to come back to the Center whenever I have one of the following symptoms:

1- Fever.

2- Cough.

3- Shortness of breath.
