The Israeli-occupation has demolished a building under construction intended to be used as a COVID-19 medical centre.

The centre in Hebron was supposed to provide rapid testing and relieve pressure on hospitals amid a continued increase in COVID-19 cases in Palestine, said the land owner Raed Massoudi, according to the Palestinian Maan news agency.

In addition to demolishing the centre, the Israeli authorities also stole medical equipment from the site.
