Minister of Agriculture submits himself into home quarantine

The Minister of Agriculture, Mohammad Daoudiyeh, has announced his entry into home quarantine for a period of 10 days Tuesday following the announcement of one of his family members being infected with COVID-19.

Daoudiyeh said "please know that, as of today, I entered home quarantine for a period of 10 days, according to doctors' instructions, due to the infection of a member of my family with the coronavirus."

He also added "we hope that everyone adheres to the utmost seriousness and caution, keeping maximum distance from gatherings and socialising, putting on masks, and adopting all prevention and protection measures."
