The founder and chairman of the international Jordan-based Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, said Monday that digital transformation has largely bolstered economic recovery in light of the harsh repercussions of the coronavirus pandemic.

During an international forum on social entrepreneurship in Bahrain, Ghazaleh, famously called the godfather of Arab accounting told attendees that his organization played a leading role in digital transformation processes which was done by facilitating an advisory management unit that offers full digitalization guidance in a plethora of institutions.

"The digital transformation process at Abu-Ghazaleh Global began years ago, and that its work and activities have not been affected during the pandemic and the lockdowns enforced across the world," according to the Jordan News Agency (Petra).

One of the most pivotal digital transformation achievements was the organization's establishment of the first university in the world that provides digital degrees from which a student graduates with a digital invention.

He indicated that his organization is seeking cooperation with the Arab League to implement digital transformation projects in efforts to extend the reach of digital education culture.
