Lockdown measures were reimposed on nearly one million people in a suburb of Wuhan, China after the authorities four asymptomatic cases of coronavirus were recorded.

Residents of the Jiangxi region were ordered to stay inside their homes for three days, as China is pushing for a "zero coronavirus infection" strategy.

As a result, the numbers of deaths were much lower than in many other countries, however, this strategy is facing growing opposition as individuals and companies continue to face the pressures of such restrictions.
