Jordan’s Meteorological Department stated that the weather on Monday will be pleasant in most regions of the Kingdom, and moderate in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba.

Clouds are expected to appear at different altitudes, with a weak possibility of light and intermittent showers of rain in the northern parts of the country.

Additionally, meteorologists warned of the risk of low horizontal visibility due to fog as well as slippery roads.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, Jordan will be affected by a state of atmospheric instability, as amounts of clouds appear at different altitudes, and showers of rain will fall accompanied by lightning and thunder, and sometimes even hail, starting from the southern regions, including the city of Aqaba, gradually extending to include several areas of the country.

The department warned of the risk of the torrents which are expected to form in the valleys and low-lying areas.
