Instagram followers for the Saudi Al-Nassr Club exceeded 7.5 million, after signing a contract with Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo for two seasons after he had terminated his contract with Manchester United.

The number of followers of the account before the announcement of the contract with Ronaldo was only around 940,000 followers, but it has reached 7 million and 500 thousand now.

Al-Nassr Saudi Arabia had officially announced the signing of the contract with Ronaldo on Dec. 30 and the player arrived in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on Tuesday evening.
