Israeli Occupation detains 28 Palestinians

Thursday, the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) detained 28 Palestinians in multiple raids across the occupied West Bank, as reported by the Palestinian news agency WAFA.

Local sources said that the IOF rounded up 15 Palestinians, including at least five teens, from al-Mughayyir village, northeast of the city of Ramallah.

The armed soldiers rounded up two others and stormed their homes in the nearby town of Kafr Malik.

Army vehicles stormed al-Bireh city and IOF raided a mosque and detained three brothers.

Sources confirmed that they also raided Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarem, and detained three others.

The heavily-armed soldiers raided two other houses in Nablus, specifically al-Masaken al-Sha‘biyya area, and detained two others.

They also forcibly entered a house in al-Nur area and detained one other person from Nablus.

In the Jordan Valley, soldiers at the checkpoint at the southern entrance of Jericho detained one Palestinian, identified as a resident of Aqabat Jaber refugee camp.

In the southern West Bank, the IOF detained a Palestinian from Hebron after raiding his family home.
