Saturday, the Syrian Ministry of Health received 10 ambulances donated by a Jordanian company to support the medical response in Aleppo following the deadly earthquake, as reported by the Syrian news agency SANA.

The ambulances were received through the Nassib border crossing in Daraa and were immediately transferred to the medical center in Aleppo, according to SANA.

The Syrian Minister of Health Hassan Al-Ghobash said the vehicles immediately joined the ambulance and emergency system to cater to the widest possible segment and as quick as possible.

He noted that their response efforts are still ongoing and will continue for some time.

The Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization, following royal directives, provided Syria with land convoys and relief planes to deliver humanitarian aid to those affected by the earthquakes.
