Tuesday, Israeli Occupation settlers raided the courtyards of the Aqsa Mosque in the occupied city of Jerusalem on the occasion of the Jewish holiday "Purim."

Protected by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF), settlers also stormed the area Monday and performed Talmudic rituals in the vicinity of the mosque.

The IOF prevented Palestinian worshipers from entering the mosque and detained some of them at its external gates.

Jerusalemites called on Palestinians come to the mosque to thwart Israeli Occupation settler incursions and take a stand against their Judaization plans.

Also Monday, settlers stormed the town of Huwara under IOF protection, who fired tear gas at the shops and houses on the main street.

According to sources, they attacked Palestinian vehicles and used pepper spray on a Palestinian family.

A young Palestinian was injured in the head after settlers threw stones at Palestinian homes in the town.

The IOF also seized Red Crescent ambulances, which were trying to make their way to Huwara.
