Five people were injured in a three-vehicle pileup on the road between Amman and Zarqa Wednesday.

The Highway Patrol Department said that all those who were injured were taken to the Zarqa Governmental Hospital to receive the necessary medical treatment.

Traffic was temprarily interrupted by the accident, coming to a hault after the police station on the way to Zarqa.
