Tuesday, the Ministry of Education announced that schools will start at 9 am during the holy month of Ramadan.

The decision includes private and public sector schools.

Classes will be 40 minutes long and breaks between classes are canceled.

As for schools that operate based on a two-period system, classes will be 35 minutes long.

The ministry decided to cancel the five-minute break between classes.
