During Ramadan, Muslims have Suhoor, which is a time to eat up a meal so that you can fast throughout the day. Suhoor is considered a key meal to stock up on plenty of minerals and vitamins that will keep our bodies active and healthy until iftar.
Here is why you should never skip Suhoor:
1- Suhoor activates the digestive system and maintains the level of sugar in the blood.
2- Suhoor prevents the feeling of fatigue and laziness. It gives the body the needed energy to practice daily tasks during the day.
3- It maintains the overall balance of the body.
4- Eating a healthy Suhoor meal helps keep hunger and thirst at bay.
5- It protects people from any problems caused by a lack of water or food, such as headaches, dizziness, and other things.
