A man suffered from a heart attack and died while dismembering the body of his mistress in Egypt on the fourth day of Ramadan.

Egyptian security services found the bodies of a man and a woman in a residential apartment in the Al-Marg area in Cairo on Sunday.

The incident occurred after the two had a dispute.

The Public Prosecution Office is still conducting investigations and hearing sessions to find out the circumstances of the incident.

Investigations revealed that the man had been having an extramarital affair with the woman.
