46 injured during Israeli Occupation raid on Nablus

Tuesday, 46 Palestinians were injured during an Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) raid on the refugee camp of Askar in Nablus, as reported by the Palestinian news agency WAFA.

Security sources said that a large number of IOF soldiers raided the camp and broke into the family home of the martyred Palestinian Hasan Qatanani and took measurements as confrontations broke out in the area.

The IOF also broke into several other houses in the area, during which they also took measurements of the family home of the martyred Palestinian Hussam Saleem.

The head of the Emergency and Ambulance Department at the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Ahmad Jibril told WAFA that paramedics ad healthcare workers dealt with 46 injuries; 44 of whom suffered from breathing difficulties due to inhaling tear gas.

Notably, one Palestinian was shot with a rubber-coated steel bullet and another suffered from injuries after falling.
