The Israeli Occupation Army Radio shared new details about the incident near the Egyptian border.

The Egyptian policeman did not enter the border through a hole in the fence and did not climb it, but entered through an emergency corridor designated for the passage of the Israeli Occupation Forces to the Egyptian side, in case needed, it said.

It added that at approximately 04:15, the two soldiers were contacted for the last time and after five hours, at 'around 9', they were found fatally shot with that policeman's bullets.

The Egyptian army had informed the Israeli Occupation Forces that an Egyptian policeman had disappeared, it noted.

A drone later spotted the policeman, who was one and a half kilometers across the other side of the border after he infiltrated.

After that, there were confrontations and the fire exchange began with him opening fire.
