Prisoners Ahmed Al-Masalmeh and Kayed Al-Fasfous are currently on their eighth consecutive day of an ongoing hunger strike, as they express their refusal to accept the policy of administrative detention.

Fasfous (34) from Hebron has been in detention since May 2023, according to Roya’s reporter.

He has recently been placed under administrative detention for a duration of six months.

He also has three brothers who are currently imprisoned by the Israeli Occupation.

Additionally, Roya’s reporter added that Masalmeh (25) from Beit Awa in Hebron has been detained since February.

He, too, has been subjected to administrative detention for a period of four months.

He has previously served time as a prisoner.
