The Public Service Department (PSD) within the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) has disclosed that it received a total of 2,967 complaints and comments last month.

These reports were submitted through various channels, including the municipality's website, smart device application, and call center.

The department's director Suleiman Al-Bustami affirmed that approximately 90 percent of these complaints and observations were successfully resolved within the stipulated timeframe.

The majority of these cases pertained to issues such as waste accumulation, street cleanliness, violations related to buildings and facilities, and various other concerns.
