The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) closed checkpoints around Nablus Monday after an incident involving gunfire occurred at the Deir Sharaf checkpoint, as reported by Roya's correspondent.

He added that the IOF arrested a young man who was injured and transported him to a hospital inside the occupied territories.

Earlier, the IOF fatally shot a young Palestinian claiming he was attempting a stabbing near the occupied city of Jerusalem.
