Senior Hamas official in Lebanon, Osama Hamdan, stated on Monday that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) is experiencing a military failure in Gaza and is continuing to spread lies.

In a press conference, Hamdan pointed out that the IOF is circulating 10-year-old pictures of the Indonesian hospital to justify the direct targeting of medical facilities in the Strip with the overarching goal of destroying the medical sector and displacing the Palestinian people from their homeland.

The supposed tunnel entrance near the Indonesian hospital is in fact a fuel supply hatch and the alleged audio recordings of Hamas members are fabricated calls by the Israeli occupation, he added.

“Claims that hospitals are used as launch stations for rockets cannot be believed by anyone of sound mind.”

Hamdan called on the United Nations to visit the hospitals to verify the IOF’s lies.

Regarding the statement of the Minister of Heritage in the Israeli Occupation government of dropping a nuclear bomb on Gaza, Hamdan asserted that the Minister's statement is nothing but an admission of “the Zionist heritage in committing massacres.”

"So far, approximately 35,000 tons of explosives have been dropped on the Gaza Strip with full American support."
