The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) reported the death of another soldier in a combat operation in northern Gaza on Wednesday.

The army disclosed that Major Jonathan Shazur, a 22-year-old fighter from Katzir belonging to the Shildag unit, was killed in a battle in northern Gaza the previous night.

This brings the total number of officers and soldiers lost in the ground operation to 33, and the overall casualties to 350 since October 7.
