The Biden administration has warned the Israeli Occupation's government of violating the visa waiver agreement by preventing Palestinian Americans who live in the West Bank from entering Israel, officials told Axios.

The Israeli Occupation was admitted into the visa waiver program after meeting all requirements on September 27 to begin application on October 19 - allowing for visa-free travel for citizens of both sides.

However, following the events of October 7, the Israeli Occupation government imposed a blockade on the West Bank citing security reasons. The ban currently affects tens of thousands of Palestinian American citizens who had freedom of movement from the West Bank into the occupied territories.

US Ambassador to the Israeli Occupation, Jack Lew, met several days ago with the national security adviser for the Occupation, Tzachi Hanegbi, and expressed his concern about the movement restrictions and asked for steps to be taken to implement the agreement.

US officials will give the Israeli Occupation time to work out a solution. However, if a solution is not found within weeks, the US might be forced to suspend the visa waiver privileges of the Occupation due a clause in the agreement.
