Spokesperson of the Houthi movement, Yahya Sare'e, confirmed Sunday carrying out a "military operation in the Red Sea, where we seized an Israeli Occupation ship and took it along with its crew."

"We confirm that we will continue military operations against the Zionist enemy until the aggression against Gaza stops," Sare'e added.

"The Zionist entity threatens the security of the region and the international community must stop its aggression."

The Houthis have reiterated their previous warning in targeting all "Israeli or Israeli-affiliated ships" in the Red Sea and called for the international community to stop the aggression against Gaza if it wishes for "no further escalations in the region."
