Muhannad Al-Atiyat, the media spokesperson for the ArabiaWeather website, said that rain probabilities increased in the central and southern regions of Jordan on Sunday evening.

Atiyat reported that the Gaza Strip was experiencing heavy rains and heightened low air pressure, with rain continuing until midnight.

In Jordan, he anticipated intensified rain in the next few hours, especially in the northern regions, and forecasted heavy rainfall in Amman and across the country.

Ajloun Governorate received 70 mm of rain, equivalent to 10 percent of the annual rainfall rate.

Atiyat emphasized that the approaching hours would bring the heaviest rainfall, expanding the rain area until Monday daylight hours in Jordan and Palestine.
