The Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) announced Thursday the arrival of an urgent aid convoy in coordination with the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO). The convoy includes medical and humanitarian supplies to support and enhance the operations of the Jordanian Field Hospital/2 and increase its capacity to provide medical treatment and services to the people in the Gaza Strip.

The JAF stated that sending this convoy comes under royal directives as part of the efforts made by the Armed Forces to support the resilience of the people in the Gaza Strip, amidst the ongoing war waged by the Israeli occupation against the Gaza Strip and the expansion of its military ground operations south of the Strip.

The JAF urgently dispatched the convoy, consisting of 23 trucks, on Wednesday to meet all the medical needs of people in the Gaza Strip.

The JAF executed the fourth airdrop operation of aid for the Jordanian Field Hospital/2 in Khan Yunis south of Gaza after midnight on Thursday. The Royal Air Force crew managed to drop boxes containing medical supplies to ensure the hospital's continuous operation.

The Jordanian Armed Forces affirm their continued commitment to providing all forms of support and assistance to the people in the Gaza Strip, and alleviate the difficulties they are witnessing.

This step is in line with royal directives to increase the capacity of medical staff and enhance the hospital's capabilities in providing medical services amid the war on the Strip.
