The Israeli Occupation police stated that participants in the demonstration violated instructions, leading to their arrest.

It added that an investigation is underway with the detainees, and it will consider extending their detention in the Haifa Magistrates Court.

In recent weeks, calls to stop the aggression on Gaza and release the captives from the strip have escalated.
