A military source at the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army, announced on Sunday morning the crash of a training aircraft belonging to the Royal Jordanian Air Force of the (GROP) type during a training session at King Hussein Air Base/ Mafraq.

The source clarified that the crash resulted in the martyrdom of both Major Pilot Omar Ata Al-Abbadi and Captain Pilot Mohammed Abdullah Al-Khudair after they were transferred to Al-Hussein Medical City.

The General Command of the Armed Forces mourns the martyrs, and asks Almighty Allah to encompass them with His mercy and forgiveness, and to inspire their families, relatives, and comrades with patience, solace, and comfort.
