An official government decree to end the workday for employee at 2:00 p.m. is expected, to allow for the opportunity to welcome the Jordanian national football team after its return from Qatar and earning second place in the 2023 AFC Asian Cup.

Jordanians are eagerly anticipating the arrival of the national football team in the capital, Amman, at 5:00 PM on Monday. The Jordanian public have called for a massive reception to welcome the national team heroes upon their arrival in the homeland after their outstanding performance in the Asian Cup.

The national team’s plane is scheduled to land at Queen Alia International Airport at 5:00 PM local time.
