Russia extended invitations to representatives from 14 Palestinian organizations for a meeting in Moscow, as confirmed by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov. Among those invited were representatives from Hamas and the Islamic Jihad movement.

Meanwhile, the Russian Security Council highlighted the humanitarian crisis affecting two million Palestinians in Gaza due to the occupation's aggression, emphasizing its destabilizing impact on the Middle East.

The ongoing Israeli Occupation aggression in Gaza, now in its 133rd day, continues to result in widespread destruction, particularly targeting hospitals and medical facilities.

Hamas's military arm, the Al-Qassam Brigades, initiated Operation Aqsa Typhoon on October 7 in response to Israeli Occupation violations in Palestinian territories. In contrast, the Israeli Occupation launched a military operation named "Iron Swords" against Gaza, conducting violent raids resulting in significant casualties, damage to infrastructure, and loss of life.
