Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Antonio Tajani, stated Friday that "Israel must not attack Rafah” and should wait for a ceasefire that cannot be unilateral.

Tajani landed in Germany to attend the 6th Munich Security Conference which is under Italian presidency this year.

“If Hamas also wants the good of its people, it must stop all acts of war and release the hostages,” Tajani added, “Without their release, any negotiations are difficult.”
