Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesperson Majid Al-Ansari stated that there have been recent developments between Hamas and Tel Aviv over the past three weeks, but they remain ongoing, emphasizing that the primary focus is on the humanitarian situation in Gaza.

Al-Ansari reiterated during a press briefing on Gaza ceasefire developments that negotiations for a new prisoner exchange agreement are ongoing despite facing challenges. He underscored that the humanitarian dimension holds precedence in the ongoing discussions for a new prisoner exchange deal.

Additionally, Al-Ansari highlighted that Qatari aid destined for Gaza arrived in the Egyptian city of Al-Arish on Tuesday, containing 20 tons of food supplies. He noted that over 980 Palestinians have been evacuated to Doha since the commencement of the occupation's aggression against Gaza.

Al-Ansari also mentioned that the Qatari humanitarian aid delivered to Gaza totaled more than 32 tons and was transported via 79 aircraft.
