Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas," announced that its fighters had seized an “Israeli” Skylark reconnaissance drone south of the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.

In a statement on its official Telegram channel, it added that the drone was on an intelligence gathering mission in the southern Zaytoun neighborhood.

It added that its fighters had destroyed two IOF Merkava tanks with the "Shawath" Improvised Explosives Device (IED) southeast of the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.

An anti-personnel mine was also detonated targeting an IOF infantry unit southeast of the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.
