Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the arrest of 11 individuals involved in aiding the attack on the Crocus Hall in Moscow, pledging to hold all responsible parties accountable.

Additionally, he confirmed the apprehension of four suspects attempting to flee to Ukraine, stating, "I arrested the four perpetrators of the terrorist act who opened fire... They were heading towards Ukraine."

Putin vowed to mete out punishment to everyone involved in planning and executing the terrorist act.

Media reports disclosed that authorities detained individuals suspected of involvement in Friday's terrorist attack in Moscow, resulting in over 93 fatalities and more than 100 injuries.

Notably, the Daesh terrorist group claimed responsibility for the armed assault on a Moscow concert hall, resulting in a preliminary death toll of at least 115 people, according to Russian authorities.
