Ismail Haniyeh, chief political leader of Hamas, met with the Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in a visit to Tehran for the funeral of the Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, who was killed in an abnormal helicopter crash.

Haniyeh offered his condolences on “behalf of the Palestinian nation and government on the martyrdom-like death of President Raisi and his entourage to Imam Khamenei and the Iranian nation,” said the “X” account of Kahemeni.
