The Palestinian presidency issued a statement on Friday welcoming the International Court of Justice's (ICJ) decisions, which call for "Israel" to cease its aggression against the Palestinian people in Rafah. The ICJ's rulings highlight the immediate danger to Palestinians and demand the entry of aid into Gaza and the opening of the crossing.

The Palestinian presidency urged "Israel" to comply with this international decision immediately.

The presidency also called on the international community to pressure "Israel" to implement the ICJ's rulings and to respect international law and legitimacy.

They emphasized that "Israel" considers itself above international law due to unwavering and biased support from the United States.

Reiterating the need for "Israel" to halt its aggression against Palestinians in Gaza, the West Bank, and Jerusalem, the presidency stated that the ICJ's important decision adds to previous international resolutions recognizing "Israel's" warcrimes and crimes against humanity, which require urgent international intervention.

The Palestinian presidency appreciated the countries supporting Palestinian rights, stressing that this international consensus further isolates "Israel" and its allies who provide it with support, protection, and impunity.
