Israeli Occupation's aggression against the Gaza Strip has reached its 232nd day, with the army continuing its attacks on civilians in various areas of the besieged Strip, despite international resolutions calling for a halt to the fighting in Rafah, south of the Strip.

- UN reminds that ICJ ruling is binding -

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres stated on Friday that the International Court of Justice's decision requiring Israeli Occupation to immediately stop its military operations in Rafah is binding, and he expects the parties involved to comply with the ruling.

The Palestinian Presidency welcomed the International Court of Justice's decisions on Friday, urging the Israeli Occupation to cease its aggression in Rafah, highlighting the severe danger it poses to the Palestinian people.

The presidency called for the delivery of aid to Gaza and the opening of crossings, urging the immediate implementation of the UN resolution.

The Palestinian leadership also called on the international community to enforce the International Court of Justice's decisions and pressure Israeli Occupation to respect and implement international laws and resolutions.

In contrast, Itamar Ben Gvir, the extremist Minister of Security in Netanyahu's government, expressed his anger at the International Court of Justice's decision.

He insisted that the response should be the occupation of Rafah, increased military pressure, and the complete defeat of Hamas, claiming that the future of the Israeli Occupation depends on their actions rather than international opinions.

- Operation Aqsa Typhoon -

On October 7, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, initiated Operation Aqsa Typhoon in response to Israeli Occupation violations in the occupied Palestinian territories.

In retaliation, the Israeli Occupation launched a military operation named “Iron Swords,” conducting a series of violent raids across Gaza, resulting in hundreds of deaths, thousands of injuries, and extensive destruction of buildings, residential towers, institutions, and infrastructure.

- Israeli Occupation casualties -

The death toll of the army has risen to 634 since October 7, with 282 deaths occurring since the ground operation began on October 27.

Additionally, 3,581 soldiers have been injured since the aggression on Gaza commenced, with 555 in serious condition, 944 with moderate injuries, and 2,082 with minor injuries.
