Abu Obaida, the spokesperson for Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced in a speech on Saturday that a special ambush operation had been carried out.

During the operation, the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) were lured into a tunnel in Jabalia camp, resulting in casualties and captives among the forces.

Abu Obaida added that the “Israeli” government continues its blind and reckless policy of revenge and destruction.

He emphasized that the Israeli Occupation moves from one failure to another, with the latest failures being its actions in Jabalia and Rafah.

In his last appearance, on the 224th day of the war on Gaza, Abu Obaida confirmed that the Israeli Occupation is still trying to restore its image, but has only achieved mass massacres, destruction, and killing.

Since October 7, Abu Obaida has made 27 appearances, in both video addresses and audio statements.
