The Public Security Directorate warned of the unstable weather conditions expected to affect Jordan from Tuesday afternoon. The directorate urged citizens to exercise caution due to the anticipated weather instability.

They advised careful driving in areas expected to experience dust and thunderstorms, particularly in the southern and eastern regions of Jordan.

The directorate also emphasized the importance of keeping necessary medications for individuals with asthma, allergies, and respiratory issues, and not hesitating to call the emergency number 911 if needed.

Jordan is expected to be affected by unstable weather conditions from Tuesday afternoon, with possible rain showers in the eastern part of the country, according to the Meteorological Department.

Details indicate that the weather will be warm in the high mountainous areas and relatively hot to hot in other areas on Tuesday. In the afternoon, Jordan will gradually experience mild weather instability, leading to varying amounts of cloud cover and brief rain showers, particularly in the eastern part of the country, with occasional thunderstorms.

The meteorological department stated that winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly, moderate to brisk, stirring dust in the southern and eastern parts of Jordan.

They also warned of reduced visibility due to fog in the early morning over high mountainous areas and decreased visibility due to dust, especially in the southern and eastern parts of the country.
