Egyptians mourn soldier killed in clash with 'Israeli' forces at Rafah crossing

On Tuesday, residents of Fayoum Governorate in Egypt mourned the death of soldier Abdullah Ramadan, who was killed in a clash with Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) at the Rafah crossing earlier on Monday.

The Egyptian Armed Forces released a statement regarding the shooting incident between Egyptian and Israeli Occupation soldiers in Rafah, located south of the Gaza Strip.

The Egyptian military spokesperson stated that the Egyptian Armed Forces are conducting an investigation through the competent authorities into the incident, which resulted in the death of a soldier.

The Hebrew newspaper "Maariv" reported on the death of the Egyptian soldier during the clashes between the Egyptian and Israeli Occupation armies at the Rafah crossing.

According to "Maariv," Israeli Occupation soldiers engaged in a firefight with Egyptian soldiers after the Egyptian soldiers opened fire on Israeli Occupation Forces.
