The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization announced the arrival of a new humanitarian aid convoy of 70 trucks to Gaza on the fourth day of Eid al-Adha.

The convoy, organized by the Jordanian Armed Forces-Arab Army and the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, was supported by the World Food Programme (WFP) and several partner organizations and companies. It carried food supplies and flour to be distributed to Gaza residents through partner associations and organizations in the area.

Dr. Hussein Shibli, Secretary-General of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, emphasized the focus on food supplies due to severe shortages in the Gaza Strip during the holiday.

Since Saturday (Eid Eve), 115 trucks have arrived in Gaza, carrying food supplies and flour, alongside distributions of bread and hot meals.

Shibli noted that a total of 2,040 trucks and 53 planes have delivered aid to Gaza through Al-Arish up to today.

The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization continues to receive cash donations via its bank account at Union Bank, IBAN JO32 UBSI 1030 0000 4010 1659 9151 06, through e-wallets, via Clic "JHCOGAZA," or through eFAWATEERcom and its website www.jhco.org.jo.
