Two individuals were killed in an “Israeli” drone strike that targeted a car at the Khiyara junction in western Bekaa, eastern Lebanon – per Roya’s correspondent.

Lebanese security sources confirmed that the target was "Ayman Ghatmeh," a senior official/leader of the “Islamic Group” from the town of Lala in western Bekaa.

The southern Lebanese border has been experiencing tensions with “Israeli” forces since the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, launched “Operation Aqsa Typhoon” in response to Israeli occupation violations in the occupied Palestinian territories.
