Gold prices in Jordan experienced a significant increase yesterday, Thursday, according to the latest pricing issued by the General Syndicate of Owners of Trade and Jewelry Shops, rising by JD 0.80 per gram.
The new pricing lists the selling price of a gram of 21-karat gold at JD 48.8, with a buying price of JD 46.9.
For 24-karat gold, the selling price is set at JD 56.3 per gram, while the buying price is JD 53.9. Meanwhile, 18-karat gold is priced at JD 43.7 for selling and JD 40.2 for buying.
The Rashadi lira is selling for approximately JD 347, whereas the English lira is priced at about JD 396.
