The Government Media Office reported on Tuesday that the Israeli Occupation killed 160 journalists in Gaza since October 7. 

“The number of journalist martyrs has increased to 160 since the start of the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, following the martyrdom of our colleague Mohammad Abdullah Meshmesh, Director of Programmes at Al-Aqsa Voice Radio.”

Meshmesh's death occurred during an Israeli airstrike on Al-Razi School in the Nuseirat refugee camp, located in central Gaza.
