A Canadian citizen was fatally shot by “Israeli” forces today after allegedly attempting a stabbing attack at the entrance of the Netiv HaAsara settlement, east of the border with Gaza.

The incident began when the individual drove to the entrance of the settlement, exited his vehicle, and began threatening security forces with a knife. In response, the “Israeli” forces opened fire, killing him on the spot, according to WAFA News Agency.

Witnesses stated that the man spoke in English to the army personnel at the scene, accusing the Israeli Occupation of committing genocide in the Gaza Strip. He then approached them with the knife before being shot.
