The British government announced it would not adopt the previous administration's proposal to reject the International Criminal Court's (ICC) arrest warrant for Israeli Occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The UK government stated that the decision regarding the arrest warrant for Netanyahu is left to the ICC.

About two months ago, ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan requested an arrest warrant for Netanyahu, accusing him of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza, according to Agence France-Presse.

Karim Khan stated he is seeking arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Israeli Occupation Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on charges including "starvation," "willful killing," and "genocide and/or murder."

He added that Netanyahu and Gallant are responsible for crimes committed in Gaza, including the starvation of civilians, noting that evidence shows "Israeli" officials systematically deprived Palestinians of basic necessities.

The prosecutor emphasized that Netanyahu and Gallant were complicit in the orders regarding Gaza, causing suffering and starvation to civilians.
