His Majesty King Abdullah II received today a copy of the 20th annual report on the status of human rights in Jordan for the year 2023 from the National Centre for Human Rights – a statement by the Royal Hashemite Court (RHC) said today.

This took place during a meeting between His Majesty and Samar Al-Haj Hassan, Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Center, and Jamal Al-Shamayleh, the Commissioner General for Human Rights.

The meeting was also attended by Yousef Hassan Al-Eisawi, Head of the Royal Hashemite Court, and Dr. Jaafar Hassan, Director of the King’s Office.
