Numerous countries have expressed their condemnation of the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), in Tehran on Wednesday morning, warning of the potential repercussions on the region's future.

Haniyeh was killed in a surprise Israeli Occupation airstrike on his residence in Tehran, according to an announcement by Hamas.

Jordan
Jordan strongly condemned the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh by Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF), labeling it a violation of international law and humanitarian law.
