This week, 120 Jordanian aid trucks have crossed into the Gaza Strip, carrying humanitarian assistance to its residents. The aid will be distributed through partner associations and organizations in the region.

According to a statement from the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) on Thursday, the trucks are loaded with ready-to-eat meals, food parcels, clothing, blankets, and hygiene supplies.

The aid operation was conducted by the Jordanian Armed Forces, the charity organization, in collaboration with the World Food Programme (WFP), and supported by Swiss Charity "Baraka," "Bayous," Al-Imdad Charity, "GIG," Tesco, "SKT," Zain, the Jordan Pharmacists Association, and the "Wahb Al-Ghaith" initiative.

Dr. Hussein Al-Shibli, the JHCO’s Secretary-General, stated that Jordanian efforts to provide aid have not ceased despite the ongoing “Israeli” aggression against Gaza.

“We are working around the clock to attract more donors, send additional aid, and increase the number of trucks dispatched to Gaza,” he added.

Al-Shibli also noted that the total number of trucks that have entered Gaza to date has reached 2,897, with 53 planes arriving through Al-Arish International Airport.

The charity organization continues to accept monetary donations through its bank account at Union Bank, number JO32 UBSI 1030 0000 4010 1659 9151 06, electronic wallets, or via CliQ to JHCOGAZA, in addition to eFAWATEERcom and its website www.jhco.org.jo.
