As “Israel” is readying its defenses for a promised attack from Iran and its allies in response to the recent escalations; “Israeli” air defenses are gearing up for what might possibly be its biggest test yet.

U.S. officials are worried that an Iranian attack this time will be coordinated in-sync with its allies Hezbollah and the Houthis, which could overwhelm “Israeli” air defense systems – per the Wall Street Journal (WSJ).

Iran has drones and ballistic missiles that the Iron Dome is not designed to stop, as it was primarily created to shoot down short-range rockets mainly fired from Gaza by Hamas.

In addition, Hezbollah has an arsenal with tens of thousands of mortars, rockets, and precision-guided missiles that increase the burden of air defenses and threaten to breach it.

Over the past 10 months, Hezbollah has also released footage captured by its surveillance drones, showing sensitive military sites all over “Israel”.

The report noted that drones are considered the one weak spot in “Israel’s” air defense system. Their ability to fly low and evade radar systems, especially if they come in swarms, can avoid air defense systems such as the drone launched by the Houthis from Yemen which struck a building in Tel Aviv; killing one settler in the process.
